I feel a little guilty for this harsh decision because I didn't participate in the last two events... Anyway, I would like to come and play even the event isn't sanctioned, so being 8 or more people wouldn't be a must, at least for me. It's ok to register before the event, but this should count only in finding a better location, not for the event itself.
