We drafted last Saturday, and there’s still a bitter taste in our mouths. Well, except for Ender, who opened a Sarkhan Vol. Drafting Shards of Alara isn’t quite as easy and fun as drafting Lorwyn/Morningtide.

So, we’ve drafted all blocks in standard so far: Lorwyn/Morningtide, Shadowmoor/Eventide and Shards of Alara. What’s left is drafting the Tenth Edition core set, which we’ll probably do next month.

Results

From where I was noticing Grixis doesn’t get enough play to it winning the tournament wasn’t a big leap. After all, what could you expect from a combo shard? Mircea drafted Grixis and won!
